We spent 7 days in the house as a family of four (children in late teens). From the time of booking the communication from Sally, the owner, was superb: great detail and extremely helpful. The house is located on a closed estate on the hills to the west of Yalikavak. It is high enough (up a very steep hill) to have a view out to the see from the roof, but the garden and the house is enclosed and private. The house is very well maintained and has the genuine feel that you are staying in someone''s home rather than a rental property. The living area is of a good size and outside is a perfect, private area to relax in the sun or shade. The private pool was the perfect size for limited swimming and cooling down. The roof top is a real bonus, especially with the addition of the hot tub. Despite the extreme hot weather we spent most of the week outside. We did not really use the shared pool which is large or the slides. There is a gym on site but it is a bit run down. There is a bus which runs every four hours into the centre of Yalikavak marina and it leaves 50m away from the house. We had a hire car which was a real bonus to be able to nip to the shops or to eat in the evening and I would recommend a car for this property. It has a good blend of being very rural but not isolated. We did not know the area, but with teenage children we really enjoyed Kalikavak as place, A busy marina, with lots of restaurants, and a wide variety of shopping from the very expensive to a more bazaar feel side streets. Plenty of good supermarkets within a few miles down the hill. There is plenty of help on site, and when we had a problem with the pool, Sally sorted it out within minutes. Overall, we had a fantastic week here and we were extremely happy with every aspect of our stay. We would strongly recommend it to anyone.

A wonderful place with an amazing view, located in a quiet complex with a security. The property had everything one needs, we felt as if we have never left our own home. Sally was great at communicating and providing support with any of our needs. My family would definitely stay at the facility again.

Nice and comfortable house for a family.

We had a lovely stay. It was exactly what we needed and close to all the beach clubs and shops. I would highly recommend. We had a fantastic stay.

The house was so lovely with a great view. We like the location and the site itself. We were very happy with the communication, very helpful service. We would love to book a house again. Thanks for everything.

the house is really nice just like the people around in the gated community. it''s really calm although it''s near the bodrum party area. it''s close to different beaches. we liked the pool and the kitchen since it was well equipped. there is several spaces to relax and hang out in and around the house. the mattresses are really soft though. all in all, as a big family with different needs, we all enjoyed our stay.

This is a great apartment in a good location of Bodrum. Close to some great boat trips and eating out.

Merhaba, Santa-Fe villasında bayram döneminde bir haffa tatil yaptık. Daha önce hiç villa kiralamamış biri olarak biraz tedirgindik. Villaya giriş ve ilk günün ardından tüm tedirginlikler bitti. Villa her şeyiyle harika. 1.70 derinliğinde çok güzel bir havuz var. En önemlisi havuz ve bahçeye devamlı bakılıyor. Gönlünüz rahat şekilde kullanabiliyorsunuz. Villanın içi, döşeniş şekli, mutfak eşyaları, diğer eşyalar çok iyi düşünülmüş ve ter temiz. Bodrum villa kiralama ile ilk kez tanıştım. Her anında bilgilendirme, villa giriş çıkış her anlamda çok profesyonel bir hizmet oldu. Aslıhan Hanım’a çok teşekkürler. Fırsat olursa aynı tatili tekrarlayacağız.

Bodrum Yalıkavakta Kiralık Villa Bakıyorduk. Vintage Villanızı Çok Beğendik Güzel Bir Tatil Deneyimi Oldu. Bir Kaç Gün Yağmurlu Geçse de Güzeldi.

Bodrum tatili için araştırma yaparken siteniz ile karşılaştık başta biraz çekindik açıkçası fakat iyi ki böyle bir tatil deneyimi yaşamışız diyoruz. Bundan sonraki tatillerimizde de sanırım villa kiralayacağız. Bodrum villa kiralama ailesine teşekkür ederiz.
